We’re working in partnership with a Health Public Body on a significant long-term programme and need support from experienced User-Centred Design Practitioners across a range of disciplines. We’re primarily looking for people open to Permanent or Fixed-Term Contracts, but we’re happy to hear from Contractors with relevant experience. We’re keen to hear from practitioners at Mid, Senior, and Lead levels in User Research, Service Design, Content Design and Interaction Design.

Co-design with Product Designers to deeply understand user's pain points. Partner with UX Researchers to analyze research results and create texts. Work with Designers, Brand Managers, Product Managers, and Copywriters to set the vision for content and drive cohesive product narratives across platforms. Write clear, consistent user-interface content and advocate for Content Design across teams.
